  1. Application in prescribed form along with the following documents is to be submitted at Local office.
    1. Original Deed papers and photocopy
    2. Chain Deed and photocopy (if required)
    3. Parcha
    4. Previous Tax clear receipt
    5. B.L. & L.R.O. mutation certificate
    6. T. & C.P. approval and photocopy of site plan in case of plotted land.
    7. Completion certificate in case of Flats
  2. The documents are verified at Local office and then sent to the Head office.
  3. After final approval the documents are returned back to Local office.
  4. Approved documents are to be collected from Local office upon submission of fees as per approved rate chart.
